Good morning! Our granddaughter Madison Rose was born last evening and she is soooo beautiful!  Everything went very well, praise God. I have not been able to upload pictures because I do not have the right cables for the camera!!!!!! oh well, maybe tomorrow I will be able to share some.

I used Wrap it up Cricut cartridge to make this elegant car. The lamppost is from Kaisercraft.

Today is the day!

Good morning! Today is the day I will become a grandma.... my son Danny and his wife Lexie are having their  baby girl Madison Rose sometime today. We have been at the hospital since very early this morning and things are going well, praise the Lord! I made these two layouts last week while I dreamed about her.

I chose yellow because it is Lexie's favorite color and pink because baby girls are pink, right?????

Paper Niche's sneak peak

Good morning! Hope you had a great weekend. Well, here I am in Las Vegas waiting for my precious grand-baby tomorrow!!!! Talk about being excited.....I just can't wait!

Paper Niche has another amazing kit for September. I know that every month I tell you "this is a great one"  but I really mean it! I am telling you again... this is another great one. It is filled with papers from Simple Stories, My Mind's Eye (Lost & Found 2), Echo Park, Creative Imaginations, Basic Grey and 7 Gypsies. A ton of lace and embellishments and so much more!  Here is a sneak peak of my projects. They will be revealed on Thursday.

I met a sweet lady from Vegas  named Cecy thru blogging about a year ago. We met in Las Vegas last Saturday in person and spent the day (and night!) cropping together at a fabulous local store called Scrappy do and other stuff too. This store is amazing! and so are the owners Misti and Cathy and all their teachers and scrapbook friends. I can actually say "I stayed up until 4:30 am in Las Vegas scrapbooking!!!!" (sshhhhh...do not tell my husband!).

I made lots of fun layouts but do not have a way to share them until my return home. Have a great and blessed day!

On the road again.....

Good morning! I can't believe it is Friday already..... Well, today I leave to Vegas for the birth of my first grand-baby! You can imagine how excited I am!!!! I'll be gone for about 3 weeks. Everyone tells me how amazing it is to be a grandma, so I guess I will found out by myself  pretty soon! Please keep us in your prayers.

This layout  is for her album, of course!  The frames on the left are made out of chipboard from Technique Tuesday.  Most of the papers are from the Victoria Garden collection from Echo Park.

Please do not get tired of me talking about the birth of Madison Rose!!!!! Promise I will post pictures of her as soon as she is born.  Have a fabulous and blessed weekend!

Victoria Garden by Echo Park

Good morning! I am sooooo in love with the new collection called Victoria Garden from Echo Park. Every time I am going to use it and find myself substituting a paper here and there so I don't run out of it!!!!  The colors  of this collection are just FABULOUS! I used several edge punches here.

Good morning!  Hope you had a fabulous weekend.  I got to play with the new Webster papers called Let's Celebrate.  The colors are yummy and happy and they were perfect for my birthday pictures.  One of the things I treasure about South Florida is the international flair everywhere you go.  The picture of the four of us says it all.  Gine (front) is from Norway, Cassia (next) is from Brazil, I am from Venezuela and Mindy (back) is from the U.S.  Talk about a melting pot!

I made the large flowers with cricut, punches and Tim Holtz dies. Have a great and blessed day!

SOUS Friday

Good morning! We have a beautiful challenge today at Stuck On Us Sketches. This sketch was designed by the talented Leah from Beeing creative and feeling cherry.

This is my take of the sketch. I converted it into a two-pager  and it turned out perfect for my pictures. This is my son practicing his hunting abilities with his "deer' father inside a store! Those two are dangerous together...
