Happy Thursday!

Good morning! We are finally out of the storm and the sun is out, love it! My granddaughter Madison Rose turns 9 months today.  She got a new pad for her toys and she is a busy baby! She is starting to walk as well. Oh boy... Lexie and Danny have their hands full, that's for sure!

This is another collection which I love. It is called Vintage Marketplace from Bazzill. I bought one of the packages and was able to do 4 layouts.

Wednesday fun

Good morning! We have been under tropical storm Beryl since Sunday and it has rained almost non-stop. I bet the flowers are very happy!

Can you believe I actually made one-page layouts? Yes, I did!  The papers are handmade.  They're from a company that I've started to design for.  All of the lace, flowers and "rhinestone sheets" are theirs, as well.

I love combining all of the different textures and am absolutely crazy about the "rhinestone sheets".

They are actually just plastic, and can be cut in lines, rectangles or any shape you like, even in a die-cut machine.  I love them!!

OK, back to two-page layouts.

It's very hard to get a good picture of this blue with my crummy little camera.

It's a little better here. Don't you just love these flowers, bling and mesh?

Have a fun, fabulous and blessed day!

Hello Kitty

Good morning! Hope you had a wonderful long and restful weekend. Our trip to Ft. Lauderdale was awesome. We got to visit with family from Venezuela, celebrate my niece's high school graduation and my sister's birthday. Andrew was a saint in the car until we were about two hours from home...he was so tired from the car seat! I undressed him, gave him his bottle, ice, and more ice and finally passed out. Isn't he sweet????

These are some Hello Kitty layouts I made for a Hello Kitty lover.

This is baby Emily Grace who loves kitty!

Have a great and blessed Tuesday!

Happy Friday!

Good morning! Are you all looking forward to this long weekend?  I sure am!  Today I am sharing these layouts which I designed for Everything Scrapbook and Stamps in Lake Worth last month.

I just love this one.... "board meeting".  My husband says that it would be truer if it said "bored with meeting".  He also gives me the totally useless fact that only one of the five Beach Boys actually knew how to surf.

These beautiful papers are  from the Carefree Collection from Authentique.

We are going to Ft. Lauderdale for my niece's high school graduation this weekend.  I also will be teaching at the Paper Niche on Saturday.  Have a safe, fabulous and blessed Memorial day weekend!

Olde Curiosity Shoppe

Good morning! This layout is filled with goodies from Graphic 45 (papers), BoBunny (Weekend Market), Fab Scraps (dress form), Prima (flowers and bling), and Wendy Vecchi -Studio 490- embellishments.

You can see the details better right here.

Hope you enjoyed this vintage-looking shop! Have a great and blessed Thursday!

Coffee lovers!

Good morning and happy Wednesday! There is a company called Canvas Corp (new for me) that has amazing papers and embellishments.  My friend Mindy and I got to play with their coffee line last time I was at Paper Niche. This is what we made:

I loved their papers so much that over the weekend I made another layout using the exact same papers!

And it reminded me of a one-page layout I made about 2 years ago using stickers! I guess I am into coffee today.  Cappuccino anyone?

Have a great and blessed day!

Happy Monday!

Good morning!  I hope you had a great weekend.  This layout is done with the new In Love Collection from Webster.

Look at the mirror (cardstock that looks like that!!!) and the wedding dress. It turned out so elegant.

These papers are from the same collection . I added Prima flowers and bling, of course!

Joy, Linda H, Cathy B and I went to the Scrapbook Expo in Orlando over the weekend.

We took an afternoon ride and went to St. Petersburgh to visit Whim So Doodle, another great store.

Have a great and blessed day!

An apple a day....

Good morning and happy Friday! It's time for another  SOUS Friday challenge: FRUIT.  I used Savory (apple),  Sans Serif  (font) and All mixed up (sweet) Cricut Cartridges.

I chose that  title because I love  what God tells us in Deuteronomy 32:10:

He shielded him and cared for him;
he guarded him as the apple of his eye.

Wow.... that's how much God loves us and that is how he takes care of us every instant of our lives! We sure have an amazing God! My family is the apple of my eye too!!!

Make sure you stop by SOUS so you can see the other designer's inspirations, they  are all fabulous! I am off to the Scrapbook Expo in Orlando, Florida this weekend with some of the Hive-girlfriends from Alabama. I will share with you all the great findings on Monday. Have a great and blessed weekend!

Layouts for boys

Good morning and happy Thursday! Hope you are having a great week so far. Today I am sharing some layouts for boys I've made recently. No flowers, lace or pink today!!!!

These are some of the boys of my life right now (my son is all the way in New Hampshire). My husband Steve, my son in law George and his precious baby Andrew. They took us to a lovely dinner on Mother's day.

Have a great, happy, and blessed day!

The Bug Bytes Wednesday

Good morning and Happy Wednesday! It's my turn again to design for The Bug Bytes. I just got a new cricut cartridge called Over the hill and had to use it right away.  I made a birthday layout and used papers from the pretty Vintage Marketplace Collection from BBP.

Here is the recipe:
"Aged to perfection" is on page 21, size 4"
"Happy Birthday" is on page 20 , size 3"
"Cake" is on page 15, size 5"
I stickled, outlined some of the letters, added some flowers and voila!

Hope you enjoyed this layout. Thank you Pam for having me once again! Have a great and blessed day!

Disney!

Good morning! Don't you just love Disney? I got a chance to make these two layouts last time I was at the Paper Niche. This one is all about Princesses. I cut the castle in their AccuCut machine. It's 3 layers and they are all popped.

I love Mickey!

Can't wait to take my grandchildren to Disney as soon as they get a little older. Have a great and blessed Tuesday!

Happy Monday!

Good morning!  Hope you had a great weekend. I have two layouts to share with you today.  This first one is the Sunday Picnic Collection from Webster's Pages. The colors are gorgeous!  I used lots of Prima flowers and bling as well.

Sun Kiss from Prima again! Well, I can never get enough of these colors and fabulous papers, what can I say? This layout could be used for so many things!

I designed both of them for Kat and June Bug's in Enterprise, Alabama. Have a great and blessed Monday!

It's Friday!

Good morning! Are you ready for your weekend? I am for mine! My husband and son in law have plans for my daughter and I for Sunday, can't wait! This is the Hello Spring Collection from My Little Yellow Bicycle. I made two layouts using the same collection. Soooo pretty!

I made a graduation and a wedding layout using the same collection of papers called Swoon, also from My Little Yellow Bicycle.

Sorry that the light in this picture is not very good. Click on it and you can see it better. It's all in silver, white and greys.

Have a great and blessed weekend!
