Reign Renaissance - Weekend #2

Good morning and happy Friday!  Yesterday was the first day of the second weekend of Treasured Memories Rayne Scrapbooking Event.  One of the most fun things are the table decorations where the crop participants try to out-do each other.  The displays are absolutely amazing.  Some ladies have been working on theirs for nearly a year, since the theme was first announced.  The theme this year was Reign Renaissance.

Tea Party, Louisiana Style

Good morning and happy Wednesday!  We are between events in Louisiana so we're able to take it easy a little bit.  Yesterday my friend Vicky & I went to La Madeleine for lunch.  Here we are messing around with a stack of tea pots.  And yes, they are all glued together!  Everyone knows that I cannot even carry a glass of water to the table without spilling it.

Later in the afternoon, I made this layout in which to put the pictures.  It is made from papers from Heartfelt Creations.

Hike

Good morning and happy Tuesday.

Last month we went on vacation.  One of our stops was in the Great Smokey Mountains.  Here we got to engage in many outdoor activities, including hiking.  One trail was high up in the mountains, but it was very smooth.  Unfortunately, this was not adventurous enough for Andrew and Carolina, so they decided to climb up some rocks on the side of the trail.

Rayne Renaissance Event

Good morning and happy Monday!  Well, the first weekend of the Rayne Scrapbooking Event is over.  It is sad, but knowing that in just a few days that there's another is a wonderful thing.

The theme this year was Renaissance.  Everybody was really getting into the theme (well, most everybody).
