Mother-daughter scrapbook afternoon

What a nice class I had today! It was a mother/daughter 4-hour session where everyone worked on their own project. The girls had a great time with the swirls, flowers, glitter and cricut!

Mexican Fiesta Crop @ Paper Niche

What a night! We had another unforgettable crop night @ Paper Niche. This week the theme was "Mexican Fiesta". We had a real pinata filled with scrapbook goodies and Tammy's husband was sooo nice in holding it so we can hit it and break it!
The food was delicious! We had Bean dip, chicken tacos, corn & bean salad, chips and candy. Camille's birds were the hit of the night when they became "Mexican boys" for the night's layout. Tammy, you are amazing! Thank you for making our crops something we look forward to week after week. We love you!

It's a jungle out there!

I made this page using the Zooballoo cricut cartridge. It was fun to experiment with all the layering and colors. I was so inspired I made a card using the same concept, lots of pop-ups, stamping and punches.

I made an 8x8 baby album for a friend today and with the leftovers I made these cards. I love the colors!

TGIF

One of the best moments in life is when you look forward to an activity, it comes, it goes and then you look back and it brings a big smile to your heart. That is what happened to me last night! The entire week I kept looking forward, with expectancy and excitement, to our "Friday Night Crop @ the Niche". Wow... and once again it was so much fun! We laughed, shared, ate, scrapped, stamped, talked and then midnight came and like Cinderellas, we had to go home (with a big smile in our hearts!!!).
I thank the Lord for these precious moments and these wonderful women that are in my life right now. May God bless each one of them and draw them closer to Him every day more and more. It is in His presence that there is fullness of joy... only in Him and Him alone!Psalm 68:3 says: But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful.

Stamped pages and coordinating card

I finally ventured into making a layout using mostly stamps. I also made a coordinating card. This is a class I will be teaching in a local stamp store sometime this month. The beauty of stamping is that you can do so much with one set!

Father's Day Cards

I stopped by an adorable stamp store right after church called Stamp A Lot. They have a great variety of stamps, inks, papers and embellishments. Jocey, the owner, was very beautiful to me and allowed me to sit and make cards all by myself! It was a great way to spend my Sunday afternoon!

Fridays @ the Niche

What a great evening I had once again with the girls at our Friday night crop! I took my cricut and had so much fun playing with it. This is what is in my heart tonight: Phillipians 4:4 says: "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!". And I do!!! Hope you do too.
