Has Spring Sprung?

Good morning and happy Tuesday!  Well, Spring officially arrived a week ago, but who could tell due to this crazy weather we've been having?  This past weekend it got down to below 40 degrees overnight here in North Florida.

In spite of the temperature, here's a layout that I made over the weekend in honor of Spring's arrival.  I hope that you like it.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Have a wonderful and blessed Tuesday!

Our Wonderful Life

Good morning!  Hope you had a great and lovely weekend.  Mine was a very busy one!  Our nephew who is about to go on a 9 month-old overseas mission with the Army came to spend the weekend with us.  It was so nice to have him and his family.  Please keep him in your prayers as you and I know how the world is right now.  His name is Ivan.

I did get a little scrapping done and made these layouts.  They are bright and hold many pictures.

Happy Easter!

Good morning and happy Friday!  Here is a layout that I made for saving Easter Egg hunting photographs.  The basket already has three eggs!

And here is my granddaughter, Madison, in an outfit I sent her for Easter, getting an early start on Easter Egg hunting.  Actually, they made this hunt for the kids early since everyone will be leaving Arizona and heading to Seattle over Easter weekend.  Looks like she'll need a little help for this one!

And here she is getting ready to enjoy an Easter cupcake.  Hope she doesn't mess up her new outfit!

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Have a wonderful, blessed and safe weekend!

Ultrasound

Good morning! I must say I was totally spoiled by temperatures in the 70's and low 80's and now we are back to 60s and rain! Oh no.....

I posted new kits here on my blog. Many of them are already sold out. Check them out, there are still a few designs left. Let me know if you would like any of them, just write me an e-mail.

Many of my friends and myself are expecting grandbabies this summer and fall. We all wanted to preserve the Ultrasound pictures. This is the layout I designed.

Have a fabulous and blessed day!

Life is a Party ... Dress Like It

Good morning and happy Tuesday!  I just got back from Alabama last night.  What I great time I had with the Birds and the Bees this weekend!

Here is a layout I made while with the group.  The dolls were colored with Copic markers and the birds were colored using Wink of Stella markers.  I absolutely love the vibrant colors!

The Birds and the Bees

Good morning and happy Monday.  And for many, happy start of Spring Break.

We so often hear (or at least we did when we were younger) about the birds and the bees.  Well it finally happened.  The birds of Louisiana; Raven, Lark, T-Bird & Robin ...

... got together with the Bees of Florgiabama (Florida, Georgia & Alabama) for a weekend of fun and fellowship in Dothan, Alabama.

In honor of this historic event I made two layouts featuring birds and bees.  I hope you like them.

Much thanks for stopping by the blog today.  Have a wonderful and blessed week!

I Love My Grandkids!

Good morning and happy Wednesday.  I made this layout, inspired by my own 3 (and a half) grandchildren.  Who could not get inspired by their grandchildren.  They are so precious; a true blessing from God.

Here are Andrew and Carolina yesterday celebrating St. Patrick's Day with their mommy.

And here is Madison.  No clover to be found in Arizona so she settled for this pretty red bush.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Good morning and happy St. Patrick's Day!

I spent this past Saturday at a crop sponsored by Scrapping Moments in Time in Ft. Lauderdale.  The theme for the event was, of course, St Patrick's Day.

Here I am with Ana and my niece Gabriela, all sporting a bit of the green!

There was even a St. Patrick's Day queen.

Here is the entire group.

And what would the crop be without a St. Patrick's Day layout.  Here's one that I made.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Have a wonderful, safe and blessed St. Patrick's Day!

S'mores

Good morning and happy Friday!  Another week is under our belts!

Last night I had a group of ladies from church over to the house for fellowship.  Most of the ladies are from overseas so I decided to introduce them to S'mores.  My DH went to the trouble of setting up kindling and firewood in the fire pit out back before he left for work so all I'd have to do was light a match.

You know what, Steve?  Thanks for the effort but the microwave works just fine and no one has to get dirty or smokey or sweaty.

This reminded me of a layout I made a couple of years ago about camping in the great outdoors.  Make mine the Hilton any old time.  There are no bugs and my hair won't frizz up!

Thanks for stopping by today.  I'm on my way to Ft. Lauderdale today to a crop (of all things).  Have a wonderful blessed and safe weekend.

Lions Roar ... Dino's "Rawr"

Good morning and happy Thursday!

Here is a layout I made recently at A Scrap in Time.  When I showed this to my DH he asked about "RAWR".  I told him that lions roar, but that dino's rawr.

I even showed him this layout from three years ago as proof positive!  (They rock, too!)

He wondered how anyone could possibly know since they went extinct long before humans were around and all we have left are fossils.  He definitely needs to lighten up.  Dino's rawr, end of story.  Ask any 3-year-old.

Amazing

Good morning and happy "Hump Day"!  It's hard to believe that we're already halfway through another week!

Here is a layout that I made titled simply "Amazing"  I made it from "a little bit of this" and "a little bit of that" that I had laying around my studio.

And speaking of amazing, here is a photo of my oldest granddaughter, Madison, taken at a Spring Training baseball game the other day in Phoenix.  Hey, Madison ... the game is going on behind you!

And here she is out in front of the stadium waiting for her daddy after the game.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  I hope you enjoyed the layout and the pictures.  Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Good morning and happy Monday.  I spent this weekend in Crestview, Florida at A Scrap in Time at a crop themed "Tickled Pink".  The event was sold out.  Here are some of the "early birds" who could not wait to get started!  A terrific time was had by all.
