Various layouts

Good morning! Hope you are having a fabulous week so far. I am haring three layouts today. The first one is all about faith. I designed it for A Scrap in Time  last time I was there.

These are Webster pages taken apart and then put back together. I had a lot of fun making this layout.

This was one of my kits last month. Have you noticed I am crazy about clocks?

Hope you've enjoyed them all. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Buzz, Buzz, Buzz

Happy Tuesday!   I love anything related to bees and hives.  This is because I am part of an amazing group of friends that call ourselves Bea's Hive or The Hive, for short.

I have three "bee" layouts to share with you today.

I hope that you enjoy them and are inspired.  Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Julie Nutting Girls

Good morning!  I just love the Julie Nutting mixed media doll stamps.  They are so elegant and beautiful.  You get to pick the colors and how much embellishing you want to do.  They can be a wonderful addition to any layout.

Here are five examples of layouts with Julie Nutting dolls.

I hope that you find these layouts inspirational.  Have a wonderful and blessed weekend and we'll see you back here Monday morning.

Brights!

Happy Thursday!  You are not going to believe this but I do not have an easy time scrapping bright colors!  I love them once the layout is done and the pictures are in place, but I struggle with the transitions and balance more so than with softer muted colors.

Here are a couple of recent layouts made with bright colors.

Hope you are inspired by them and be encouraged to try these colors. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Vocations

Good morning!  I love making themed layouts.  Here are three about "vocations".  This first one is about firefighters.  Who doesn't have a firefighter in their life or a child who aspires to grow up and become one?

This one is for nurses, to show them how much we love and appreciate them.

And finally, one for handymen, fellow who many times masquerade as our DH's, fixing the things in and around the house that break.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Sweet Summertime

Good morning! I know it's almost the end of October but I thought it would be nice to share two summer layouts I did recently.  I was going through some of my leftovers and found these stickers and did not want to wait until next year.

Enjoy!

Happy Monday!  Hope you had a lovely weekend.  I am happy to be back home after spending a week in Lafayette, Louisiana.  Not only did I get to see my son, DIL and grandbaby Madison Rose, but got to scrap with some amazing and talented ladies at Treasured Memories.  Thank you, Janet, for having me one more time at your beautiful store.  Can't wait 'til next time!

The title of my layout today is HAPPY and ENJOY.  Wow.... perfect words for my amazing week!

Have a wonderful and blessed day!

My Family

Good morning!  Wow!  It's hard to believe that another week has come and gone.  Where does the time go?

Here are three layouts dedicated to family.  This first one has very soft pastel colors.

This next one adds some blues and oranges.

And finally some bright reds!

Hope you enjoy these layouts and they inspire you to do some scrapping this weekend.  May it be a enjoyable and blessed one for you.  We will see you here again on Monday.

Hugs

Good morning!  Here are a couple of layouts both titled "Hugs".  It's such a simple word, but how wonderful it is to both give and receive them!

Baby Girls

Good morning!  I'm the proud grandmother of one baby girl.  I'm actually with her this week in Louisiana.  My daughter will be giving me another in January so I've started making layouts for the occasion.  Here are three examples!

Seasons

Good morning!  Here is a layout that I made with vintage clocks.  I guess you could say that there truly is a "time for all seasons" (Ecclesiastes 3:1).

Here are a couple that I made for Fall, my favorite season.  I love the harvest colors and this time of the year when the weather starts to cool down.

On this one I left in a little of the green.  After all, I live in North Florida.  Even though we don't get the marvelous colors from up north, many of the trees do lose leaves, but many stay green all year round.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Tea Time

Good morning!  This is a layout that I made using papers from Kaisercraft.  The silhouette of the children having a tea party was done on the Cricut.  I hope you enjoy this.

You Are My Favorite!

Good morning!  I think we can all agree that friends hold a very special place in our lives.  Here are a couple of layouts dedicated to friends.  When I made them I was in a very "colorful" mood, as you can probably tell.  Flowers, lace, doilies and more flowers!

Both of these layouts use wood grain paper for the base.  This one features owls, but there's still plenty of room for flowers!

I will be spending next week in Lafayette, Louisiana.  What's making it extra special is that I'm going over there with three friends.  I'm excited beyond words.

Have a wonderful, safe and blessed weekend!

Purples and Greens

Good morning!  Today's layouts are done in colors that are not the typical ones I am used to scrapping with.  I have a few friends who actually love them and asked me to design some layouts using this color scheme because it's their mothers' favorite colors.

I love edge punches. They make such a difference and make the page so pretty.  I used it twice on this layout; top and bottom. I love how it looks against the dark purple.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a blessed Thursday!

Happy Wednesday!

Good morning!  Hope your week is going great.  Here are some layouts I've made recently. Did I tell you I love flowers, papers, bling and everything else related to scrapbooking? (lol).

I thought this title was so clever!  I started wearing glasses the day I turned 40!  So I am going to add the number 40 under the glasses on the upper left and add pictures of me throughout the last 15 years. (yes, I am 55).

Have a wonderful and blessed day!

The World of Disney

Good morning!  Now that I have two grandbabies, I once again get to enjoy all of the wonderful classic Disney movies such as Cinderella, Snow White and Pinocchio as well as the newer ones such as Toy Story, The Little Mermaid and The Lion King.  I find myself trying to scrap the things that Madison and Andrew like.  For some of these movies, it's easy to find things to scrap, but for others they're not to be found.

Andrew's favorite movie is Shrek.  He's actually borrowed a line from it. When you ask him (just like the donkey asks Shrek) "What's your name?", he answers "Shrek".  Perhaps it's because it's not a Disney movie, but I've not had any luck finding Shrek stuff.  Madison Rose, on the other hand, loves Disney princesses and that stuff is easy to find like in this first layout, which features several of the Disney princesses.

Here's a layout I made for Andrew.  For some reason his favorite character is Bullseye, Woody's horse, so Bullseye had to be included in the layout.

Aren't grandbabies the most fun and loving things ever?  They melt my heart!  Thank you for stopping by!  Have a wonderful and blessed Tuesday!

Good Clocks Means Good Times!

Good morning!  I love working with clocks.  There's something wonderful about old style round clocks that digital clocks just don't have.  And doesn't 9 minutes (or even rounding it to 10 minutes) 'til 3 sound better than 2:51?  It does to me.

Here are a couple of layouts I made with different sizes and styles of clocks.  This was easy because there is so much "clock stuff" available for scrapping.

See how I integrated the old style bicycle into this layout?  Do you think it would have looked as nice if the clock above it was a digital one reading 3:40I don't think so, either.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today.  Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Photos and more photos!

Good morning and happy Friday!  Here are three layouts I made recently.  The first one is perfect for those photos that don't have a specific theme.

The next two are travel related.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a safe and blessed weekend.  I look forward to seeing you again on Monday!
