Paper Niche sneak peak

Good morning! Hope you had a great weekend. This is the 7 Gypsies tray decorated with Webster papers and Teresa Collins, Maya Road, Tim Holtz and Prima embellishments which I taught at A Scrap in Time last Saturday.

This is a sneak peak of Paper Niche's March Kit. Every month I say the same thing... "this one is the best", and  this month I say it again! "this one is by far the best...". Wait till I show you all the projects I made with the kit, you will love it!

Have a blessed day!

Happy Friday!

Good morning! I can't believe this week is almost over. I scrapped a few pictures from our trip to Epcot and I did France, Scandinavia and England.

My butterflies are inked, stamped and embossed.  Sorry I left a piece of adhesive when I took the picture!

I invaded Peggy's scrapbook kingdom, played with her goodies, and this is what I made for her.

She loves metal and she buys a lot of the pieces at the bead/jewelry sections of Michael's and Hobby Lobby.
I sure enjoyed myself embellishing it!!! (Yeah... this layout is about $50!!!!).

She had to grab her stash from me so I would stop!!!!! (ha, ha, ha).

She also made these layouts of her son, their cat Sunni, and  her mother in law.

Have a blessed and fabulous weekend!

There were many more wonderful and talented ladies but I did not get a chance to take their pictures. Why do I love scrapbooking? Because I get to meet some amazing people!!!!! Meet some of Louisiana's best....

Good morning! Are you ready to meet some amazing ladies who have the same passion as you and I?

This is Connie and Connie is amazing.... she has been the person (and friend) who have had the most influence in my scrapbooking life. Not only is she sweet, beautiful inside and out,  intelligent and wise but she is also an amazing designer and teacher! You can find her at Treasured Memories!!!

She made all of these amazing layouts during our crop. Enjoy!!!

This is Cathy and she is the queen of paper piecing! She tried to teach me how to draw eyes in my little people (paper dolls cricut) but I think I will settle for Peachy Keen Stamps or Googly Eyes! It's not as easy as it looks...

Let me tell you about Phillis.....she is the type of person who hugs you when you are crying without saying a word and is not afraid to make an oversize hat for her snowman!!!

She made this fabulous layout of her parent's golden anniversary and she framed it. What a fantastic idea!!!

We also played with the left over mat of the frame!

There is more for tomorrow! Have a blessed day!

Weekend in Lafayette

Happy Tuesday! I am back and all rested after a fabulous weekend in Lafayette. Abby, Deidre and I found the perfect guy along the road for our picture.

We cropped non-stop for 4 days at Paula's weekend at the Ladybug Lodge. She is an amazing hostess and so much fun to be around.... her nickname is "sunshine"!

We all wore red tops for a group picture and dinner on Saturday evening.

Can you believe I only made three layouts? I was too busy visiting with everybody, shopping and teaching!!!
I used the new Graphic 45  Playtimes Past.

The branches are from Dusty Attic. I made a bunch of roses out of the same papers.

This one is also made with Graphic 45 collection called Once Upon A Spring Time and Dusty Attic laser cuts. Treasured Memories is selling this layout as a kit. You can contact Janet or Paula at (337) 534-4433 or at http://trmemories.com

I made this layout using Prima papers, a white doily and these fancy ladies from a new company Treasured Memories is carrying.

I had a great time teaching at Treasured Memories!!!

Tomorrow I will be posting some amazing work these ladies made during the weekend. Have a blessed day!
