Table Decorations

Good morning and happy Friday!  It's the end of the week, but I'll be scrappping for the next three days at the Rayne Roundup..

One of the things I enjoy most every year during the Rayne event are the table decorations.  These talented ladies put a lot of time and effort into creating these wonderful displays.  Here are just a few of them.

The time spent at this event most definitely makes for some cherished moments.  Every scrapper should attend this fantastic event.  Mark your calendars for July 2017 to attend.  You will not be disappointed.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Have a wonderful and blessed day and a safe and restful weekend.

La Madeleine

Good morning and happy Wednesday!  We still have one more day until the second session of Treasured Memories Rayne Roundup starts.  What to do?  Well, since we rented a very special scrapbooking house in Lafayette called Lazy Lucy ... we scrap!

And after I designed this kit for Treasured Memories, we really had to go out to La Madeleine for lunch and take some pictures.

Here are Peggy, Joy & Linda out front before we go in.

And here are the four of us enjoying a large cup of café français.

Thanks for stopping by today!  Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Cowgirls and Cow-boas

Good morning and happy Tuesday!  Here are some more photos from the Rayne Roundup in Rayne, Louisiana.  And oh what fun we're having with feather boas.  After all, a western roundup without feather boas is like ... well ... like a swim at the beach with a bicycle!

So here is an elegant themed layout that I designed for Treasured Memories titled Vogue with, if you look closely, feathers!

Rayne Round-Up

Good morning and happy Monday!  The first session of Treasured Memories Rayne Round-Up finished yesterday.  What a great time we had.

Rayne, Louisiana is known as the Frog Capital of the World.  So here I am in my complete Round-Up outfit, posing with a friend.  I have my cowgirl hat, my frog jammies with bow and my bumble-Bea socks.
Click on this link to my Facebook page to see me riding an "improvised horse" through the crop.

Between the silliness, I actually had time to design a few kits for Treasured Memories.  Here are just a couple.

Thanks for your visit today.  I have a few days to rest up for the second session.  Have a marvelous and blessed day.

Rayne Roundup

Good morning and happy Friday!  Yesterday was the first day of the first session of the Rayne Roundup!  What a great time we had!

Here's the scrapbookers' version of Girls Behaving Badly.

Looks like Peggy got into the sauce a bit early!

Vicky's not too happy about being in jail.  At least the reward is a decent amount.

A couple of rootin' tootin' cowgirls.

No one's going to cause trouble in this bar; not with Debbie "Miss Kitty" Bouy behind the bar!

Oh, and I actually had time to design nine layouts yesterday.  Here's just one.  To see the rest, jult click here to get to the Amazing Grace Papercraft Facebook page.

On the Road Again.....

Good morning! I am driving to Lafayette all day today and will return home on August 1st. I'll be designing KITS for both events. I can't wait to see what Janet has prepared for me to work with. She is the queen of "making Bea Boxes" and for designing titles for the layouts. She always has the latest and the coolest products ever!

I will be posting all the layouts on my "Amazing Grace" Paper Crafts Facebook page and if you want to order any of the kits please call the store directly (the number is above).
Today's layout talks about what Psalm 23:5 says: "My cup overflows" and that is how my cup is, overflowing with blessings! I thank the Lord for allowing me to know sooo many special people thru scrapbooking. I can't wait to hug all my friends in Rayne!

Thank you for stopping by and if you are in the area make sure you stop by and say hello! Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Lake Life

Good morning and happy Tuesday!  I am getting so excited because in just two short days I will be attending  Treasured Memories Rayne Roundup 4-day event in Rayne, Louisiana!  My bags have been packed since Sunday afternoon.  I can't wait to get on the road.

Here is a recent layout kit of mine on one of my favorite subjects, lakeside vacations.  This one is titled "Lake Life".  I'm not a fishing person like my son, but I enjoy the peace and tranquility that spending time by the lake can offer (just as long as the cabin has A/C and WiFi).

Down on the Farm

Good morning and welcome to a new week!  Even though I've made a number of zoo and dinosaur layouts, it's been over four years since we had a farm layout.  Here's a recent layout titled Down on the Farm.  It features all of the animals that one might expect to find on the farm.

One of my grandkids' favorite activities is to visit a working 1800's farm here in North Central Florida.  They have a number of "heritage animals", older breeds that aren't kept anymore on modern farms.  Their favorite is Penny the cow.  In fact, there's a saved destination on my car's GPS called "Penny".

Mermaids

Good morning and happy Wednesday!  I have two layout kits for sale this month featuring mermaids.  The first one is titled Merry Mermaids and even has King Neptune.

This next one is titled Little Mermaid.

And here are my little mermaids.  After getting out of the pool, they like to have their beach towels wrapped like a mermaid (and like a merman).

Vacation Time!

Good morning and happy Thursday!  Here is a very colorful layout that I made for your beach vacation photos.

And here are a couple of princesses getting ready for a trip to the beach over the 4th of July weekend.

And here we are at the beach.  And although it might not look like it in this picture, Carolina actually gave up the yellow Belle dress.  Giving up the bow, however, was a bit much to ask of her.
