Love Life - Jesus Loves You
Good morning and happy Friday! Welcome to the end of another week. Here is another layout with our good friends from Art Impressions, four regular gals who seem to be enjoying life and of course, taking a SELFIE!
It's VERY important to document life and preserve those precious moments, right?
And here I am with two other regular gals, my daughter and my niece, enjoying life at the beach in Sarasota.
We have been celebrating her birthday since Monday (her birthday week!). She turns 23 years old today. Happy birthday Gabriela, we love you!

Faith Based Layouts
Good morning and happy Thursday. Today I have a couple of faith-based layouts for you to enjoy. I absolutely love the bright colors. It's almost a shame to cover up the blue and green papers that I used for the photo mats.
Thanks for visiting my blog today. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Be the Light of the World
Good morning and happy Wednesday!
Today's layout draws from Matthew 5, verses 14 & 16. "You are the light of the world ... let your light shine before others." This has always been one of my favorite passages.
I'm having so much fun recently with my ladies from Art Impressions. I just love coloring them with copic markers. It's very relaxing and I can color-coordinate them to go with the colors of the layout.

Selfie Love - Two Versions
Good morning and happy end of the week! We made it again!
One of the stories that my DH tells is that he is aware of only three photographs of himself from birth until kindergarten. Times were a bit different then. Nowadays, a couple of dozen photos are taken of a child before breakfast!
Back by popular demand are a couple of similar layouts I made titled Selfie Love.
Thanks for visiting today. Have a wonderful and blessed day and a safe and restful Fathers Day weekend!

The Hive
Good morning and happy Monday. I just got back from a weekend of scrapping with The Hive in southeastern Alabama. What a great time we had.
Here is a layout that I made while there. I had a lot of fun playing with my stamps, my punches, my dies and my copic pens. The ladies are made with a stamp from Art Impressions and then colored with copic pens. I love my Julie Nutting dolls, but I think these gals look more like "normal" ladies.
Don't you think? Here are eight "normal" gals posing with one of the many peanut statues in and around Dothan, Alabama - the Peanut Capitol of the World!

Happlily Ever After
Good morning and happy Friday! Yahoo, the weekend is finally here and I'm off to Alabama today to scrap with The Hive! My bags are packed and I'm ready to go!
Here is a recent layout with the princess theme.
And here is how my 2-year-old princess showed up yesterday. This is her Belle dress from Beauty and the Beast. I remember taking my daughter (Carolina's mother) to see this movie when she was about 10, but I don't remember Belle accessorizing like this.
Thanks for visiting today. Have a wonderful and blessed day and a safe and restfull weekend.

Another "Glamper" Layout
Good morning and happy Thursday!
This past Sunday I went kayaking with my family. My original plan was to be towed behind one of the kayaks in an inner tube. We quickly discovered that this was not going to work. They told me that it was like pulling an Airstream trailer behind a bicycle. I'm not exactly sure what that meant, but I don't think it was a compliment. So we went to Plan B which was me riding in one of the kayaks.
When we stopped along a sandy spot on the river for lunch, the subject of camping came up. My son-in-law goes down the river with friends and they camp along the way. Nothing fancy, mind you, just what they can carry in their kayaks. When I expressed an interest, he and my daughter brought me down to earth reminding me what I would have to do without.
Remembering the "Glampers" (Glamorous Camping) layouts I had made, I came up with a new phrase - "Comoeing" for Comfortable-Canoeing. Do you think it will take off?

Endless Summer
Good morning and happy Wednesday! I hope that you week is going great so far!
Here is a layout that I made for Summer photos with a nautical theme. My grandson, Andrew, was not happy with it ar first because I put "ocean animals" in it but not his favorite ocean animal. After we added the octopus he was completely satisfied.

Orlando Scrapbook Expo
Good morning and happy Tuesday! I have a confession to make. I was actually on the fence about going to the Scrapbook Expo this past weekend in Orlando. Since my last back surgery I've been reluctant to go further from my home than Michaels. Fortunately, my DH insisted that I go. He told me that I would catch up with old friends and make some new ones. "After all", he told me. "even the Beatles had to go on the road from time to time." So I went and I have to say that my hubby was right!
Here I am at the Expo. I must say that my "selfie" skills leave a lot to be desired.
I met up with so many wonderful people. Here a just a few people that I'm meeting for the first time. I only wish I had room for more photos.
Here is as layout that I made on Friday after I was too tired to stand or walk anymore.
And here a just one of the terrific things I bought during the Expo. You know ... maybe my hubby won't be so excited about me going once he sees the bills!

Glamper?
Good morning and happy Wednesday! I hope that this short week is going well for you, so far.
Here are a couple of recent layouts that I made by request for something called "glampering". It stands for glamorous-camping. This is where someone enjoys the great outdoors, but is not going to sleep in a tent on the hard ground. Now this is a concept that I can really get my arms around! No bugs and all of the comforts of home!
Thanks once again for visiting my blog. Have a wonderful and blessed day!
