Blog Hop winner and Metal Art

Good morning! I want to thank everyone who participated in my very first blog hop, it was so much fun! I really appreciate all the sweet comments and I truly enjoyed reading about your favorite Bible verse. I am sure the Lord was very pleased too! Welcome to all the new followers, hope you enjoy this journey as much as I do. The winner of my first blog hope is....Sandi Cl. She said:
Sandi Cl~ said... Fabulous pages, Bea! One of my most meaningful verses is Ps 56:8 Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: [are they] not in thy book? I was widowed at a very young age and lost a child shortly after that. So, that verse was very comforting to me and still is .. knowing that the God keeps track of every sorrow, every tear. And every path we go down. And thankfully, our joys as well! Have a great weekend!

Congratulations Sandi! I will send you an e-mail shortly.
I took a class called Metal Art with the amazing Connie from Treasured Memories  the last time I was in Lafayette. I got hooked since that day! This is the layout we did in class and this picture doesn't give justice to the beauty of the work. Connie has such a special way  and touch to teach!!!!! I love you Connie!!!!!!

And when I returned home I made a bunch more!!! I made shadow boxes for my children. Did I tell you I got hooked on metal?????

And I even made a box!!! I really enjoyed doing this one and my husband Steve helped me get the corners perfectly aligned.

Hope you enjoyed these cool projects. Have a blessed and fabulous day!
