Good morning! I've been playing with a few stamps lately and have been trying to incorporate them into my layouts. Here's one with papers and stamps from CTMH. The hexagons are cut out with a Sizzix die. Put several of them together and you get "honeycomb"!
I love the chickenwire stamp. I used it as a base on the tags, then inked the edges and then embellished them. (My DH, who works at the HD, tells me that chicken wire is now called "poultry netting". He says that the ducks, geese and other barnyard birds felt left out. In this age of political correctness we need to be more inclusive.) The bees in this one are wooden.
Here's another layout with bees all over. The bees in the "honeycomb" are stamped.
And here's one more. The burlap flowers are cut out with Sizzix dies.
Have a wonderful and blessed Wednesday!
I think they all are great and to make your own paper that way you get exactly what you want.
ReplyDeleteLove the Poultry Netting stamp also

Great techniques you've shared today. I wouldn't think that chicken wire would look so elegant, but it does on your l/o!
