Sunshine!

Good morning!  The weather has been absolutely beautiful lately here in North Florida and it reminds me that Summer and beach time are just around the corner, yeah!  So here is my layout for today, full of sunshine.

I used this awesome burlap orange ribbon and yellow rope to embellish the sun.

I hope you do not get tired of me posting these adorable pictures of my grand-kids here on my blog.  The truth is that this is the only way I get my children to read my blog!  Otherwise they tell me "Mom, it's the same thing all the time". Anyhow, Andrew and I had so much fun scrapbooking together!!!

I have no idea why he thought the banner I was cutting out was so funny, but he did.  I'd make a snip and he'd laugh.  He laughed even harder when I asked him if I should pop it up.

So I did the only thing that made sense to me at the time ... I popped him up and gave him my tape gun!  I think we have a scrapper in the making!!!

A very cold Wednesday...

Good morning! It is a very cold one here in Dothan and my lungs are not happy at all...I've had a cold for a few days and that forces me to play and scrap even more!!!!!  (ha, ha, ha). I actually scrapped some of my summer pictures last night.

I played with my new cartridge called "Four Legged Friends" which I bought at Walmart on Black Friday. These fishes are adorable! I cut out layers in different colors and then stickled them (did I just make a new verb?). You can see the doodling  too.

I bought some old windows in the beautiful town of Havana, Georgia, and my sweet husband remodeled them for me.

Here is the final result... they look so pretty!

Have a blessed and fabulous Wednesday and remember:  "Your trash is someone's treasure".
