Fall Pages and stolen album.....

Happy Wednesday! Today I will share the Fall layouts I made over the weekend. This first one is with Crate Paper Restoration Collection. These pictures were taken when we visited our daughter and took her for lunch on our way home.

For this layout I used Crate Paper,  Basic Grey and The Girls Paperie. These are my children Valerie and Daniel goofing off and having fun at T.J.Maxx.

The tree paper for my next layout is from Echo Paper called "Tree Tops A Walk In The Park". We went to a local farm here in Dothan which has a Pumpkin and Sunflower Patch.

I used  Paper Poppy Kit to make this next layout. I love the colors and  the papers!!!  I cut the two pumpkins on the left with the cricut and then used the cuttlebug to emboss them.

My last layout on this post is made with Nikki Sivils "Tree Love" collection. I made the large trees imitating the border of the papers.

I made this album as a swap for my friend Nanne (SOUS) in Finland and it was stolen from my car in Panama City Beach last weekend!!!!!!!!! It was a 22 page Donna Downey 8 x 8 album.......I cried, you bet I cried........ the worse thing is that I think it was a teenager and I am sure they threw it away not knowing what it was!!!!! Oh well, I guess worse things happen.... here are some pictures of the album.

I found this fabulous site called Why leaves change colors. If you are blessed to live in a part of the world where leaves change its colors you will enjoy reading this article. Fall is about change. Fall is beautiful.

My classes at Paper Niche and TPE Card of the week

Hello! I am back and totally renewed  and refreshed after 4 days of  scrappin' at the beach. The weather was just fabulous and now I know why it is called "Emerald Coast"... the colors of the water were amazing!

I am so excited about going back to teach in Ft. Lauderdale early next month! Even though it's a long drive I enjoy it because I get to see my daughter on the way down and my sister when I get there.... it's well worth it! The class on Friday, November 5 is called  "Creating with Cricut". It's filled with techniques and ideas.

The class on Saturday, November 6 is called "Prima Art Journal Altered Book" and it's an all-day workshop. This class is filled with techniques using mixed media. The book has about 40 pages total and each page will be individually created with paints, chalks, papers, stamps and much more.

The Pink Elephant Card Challenge is Brown and Orange this week and it is sponsored by Kathy Martin creator of  Digital Doodles. This is the card I made for the challenge using their adorable digi stamps. You can purchase them right here. Make sure you visit the TPE site for more fabulous card creations.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!

"Fly a Kite" by October Afternoon layout

Welcome Monday.....another week, another opportunity to live life to the fullest with the joy of the Lord!

I made this layout using  "Fly a Kite"  Collection by October Afternoon. It was a beautiful Summer afternoon in Gainesville when my daughter and I went  for a stroll in the park and she took pictures of me. I literally scrapped what my eyes saw that day.... birds singing, a girl in a swing set and pretty flowers everywhere.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Steampunk Debutante Graphic 45 "Lady Killer"

Happy Sunday! I am sharing with you today a double page layout using the FABULOUS  Steampunk Debutante papers from Graphic 45. Their papers are  vintage inspired  that capture the flamboyant style of days gone by. I used a photo of my son I took at the beach and printed it 8 x 10. The perfect title for it? "LADY KILLER". Doesn't he look handsome even thought his has hair everywhere????? (ha, ha, ha... remember he wants to look "older and intimidating"!!!)

My clock is a stamp from Unity and the gorgeous rhinestones around it are Prima.

This  rhinestone lady silhouette is from Prima too.

Have a FABULOUS  and blessed Sunday!
