BoBunny Key Lime Collection

Good morning!  Here are a couple of layouts I made using the Bo Bunny Key Lime collection.  I designed these for Everything Scrapbook & Stamps.  The colors and the themes of this collection are very tropical.

Beach time!

Good morning!  Well, now that Memorial Day is past and Summer is officially here, I thought that I'd share a couple of beach layouts with you.

I like this first one because it combines two of my favorite things; banners and manila tags!

This next one has very simple lines and lots of room for those beach vacation photos!

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Dinosaurs

Good morning!  What little boy does not like dinosaurs?  Back when Fred Flintstone was a kid, even he had dinosaur pajamas!

The dinosaurs here are a combination of chipboard, Cricut cut-outs and printed on cardstock and then hand-trimmed.  I did the volcano free hand and added Stickles for realism.

When Andrew gets older, I can't wait to take him to Dinosaur World near Tampa. Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Butterfly Kisses

Good morning! Hope you had a lovely and restful weekend.  We were very busy with family and friends who came to town for Andrew's baptism on Sunday.  He was soooo precious!  I will post pictures later on this week.

I just love these wooden letters and have been using them a lot in my kits.  This one says Butterfly Kisses.  The butterflies are also wooden.

Well, do I have the perfect pictures for this title!  Madison always kisses her daddy just before games.  I believe that they are the sweetest kisses ever.

And here is Andrew with his daddy in New Orleans, sharing a tender moment.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Perfect color combo: Black, white and aqua

Good morning!  I really love this color combination.  Here are a couple of layouts I designed for A Scrap in Time

The flowers and large petals on this first one are all chipboard painted with acrylic paints and then distressed.

The flowers along the bottom are cut from printed paper.  The letters are from a 3" font chipboard.

Because of their size, I wrote the names of precious individuals on the petals of the flower.

I hope that you enjoy these.  Have a safe and blessed Memorial Day weekend!

Zoo

Happy Thursday!  This week is going by sooo fast, isn't it?  This is one of my favorite themes to scrap, anything related to animals or zoos.  There are so many fun things out there to use.  This layout is a combination of BoBunny and Graphic 45 papers.  Lots of textures and layers too.

Thank you for stopping by! Have a wonderful and blessed day!

This one was designed for Paper Niche in Davie, Florida.

This one was a class I taught at Everything Scrapbook and Stamps in Lake Worth, Florida.

I hope that you enjoy these layouts.  Have a wonderful and blessed day.

100% Boy

Good morning! I only have one layout to share with you today and it's all about boys. They sure love to play with dirt.

Andrew loves to take the bark off of the trees in our front yard! You can see him here holding a piece it like if it was a treasure.

And when we take him to the farm to visit his friend Penny the cow,  he loves to sit down next to her enclosure and play in the dirt.  I do not even want to think about what's in that dirt.  I just get out a big bottle of hand sanitizer when we leave and put it to good use.

Have a wonderful and blessed Tuesday!

This one is called See the World with Me.

Here is World Traveler.

And this last one is Time for a Vacation.

Happy Friday!

Good morning!  Hope you have had a wonderful week and are ready for the weekend.  I am off to Dothan, Alabama where I will be croppin' with the Bea's Hive today and tomorrow at the Dothan Hobby Lobby. We always have such a beautiful time together.

I made this layout thinking of Madison's pictures.

The flowers are all from a punch which I curled up and then added some pink pearl pen in the centers.

Look how big she is! Madison will be two at the end of August. I already miss her sooo much!

She loves the painting her mommy bought for her room.

And she wanted to carry it all by herself!

Someone once said There's no greater blessing than children and grandchildren in someone's life. They sure have blessed mine!  Have a wonderful and blessed weekend!  See you on Monday!

School is almost out!

Good morning! I can't believe another school year is almost over.  So, in preparation for this beautiful event, I've been scrapping school and graduation layouts.

This first one is great for younger kids ...
...while this one can be used for anyone who is graduating because they've become as wise as the owl.

Andrew and Madison are still too young to go to school, but they sure are busy with classes such as music, gym, swimming and guided outdoor activities.  We spent Mother's Day weekend together in New Orleans and on Monday, we took them to the Children's Museum.  Unfortunately, it was closed so we ended up across the street at the WWII Museum.  I most say, they had sooo much fun!  Did they learn anything? I doubt it, but the memories are amazing!

The first thing they noticed was a lighted EXIT sign,  perfectly situated at their level.

They did not want to leave this wall!  They wanted to carry the big flags, too!

They loved one of the battle presentations.  So much so that they wanted to be in it!

Madison thinks she'll make a great Admiral.  She wants to move these ships around.

I must admit both mothers lost it after a little while ... we found them in the cafeteria playing with souvenir dolls!

Yes, here it is, proof of an amazing visit.

And these are the ever-growing Farquhar-Atohi families. (Danny, my son, is behind Madison's face).

Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Pretty in Pink

Good morning!  One of my absolute favorite color combinations is black and pink.  I just think that they go together spectacularly!  I hope that you agree.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you enjoy this layout.  Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Disney Fever!

Good morning!  Here are some layouts that I have recently made with Disney themes.  This first one is about Disney memories.  Who doesn't have great memories of their visits to the Disney theme parks?

At first glance it would appear that this is not a Disney layout.  However, if you look closely, you will see who the safari guide is!

This last one is about the Disney cruises, a very popular vacation destination.

Hope that you enjoyed these layouts.  Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Girlfriends

Good morning!  I have a lot of layouts for you today; all related to friends.  As I have said many times before, scrapbooking is the best hobby to make the coolest and best friends ever!  My experience has been amazing in this journey that the Lord has called me to.

I hope that you enjoyed these layouts as much as I enjoy my many friends that I have made over the years.  Have a wonderful and blessed day!

Graphic 45 Secret Garden

Good morning and happy Friday!  Hope your week has been great.  I am going to be with my children and grandchildren on Mother's Day weekend and I am so excited I can hardly sleep!  My son is playing in New Orleans this weekend and that is the closest city he will be at as long as he is with this baseball team.  So we are going to see him!  We will be at four of his games and Madison and Andrew have matching baseball outfits for the four games. I will be posting their pictures next week, the Lord willing.

I started designing for a beautiful scrapbook store in Crestview, Florida (in the Panhandle) called A Scrap in Time.  Here are some of the layouts I designed for them using the Graphic 45 Secret Garden Collection.  These layouts will eventually be available for purchase as kits from their website.

It's a beautiful collection, isn't it?  Enjoy!  Again, thank you for stopping by!  Have a wonderful and blessed day!
