Pirates!

Good morning and happy Wednesday!  Here is a recent layout and kit of mine titled "Pirates!"

And here we are at Ft. Matanzas, a small restored Spanish fort in the intercoastal waterway about 25 miles south of St. Augustine.  It was built by the colonial Spanish in the 1700's to prevent attacks on St. Augustine from the rear.  But just try to convince a 4-year-old that this is not a pirate castle.  Andrew & Carolina showed up dressed for the occasion.  My DH, his sister and her husband humored them.
