I am back!

I am back! I spent a wonderful weekend in Ft. Lauderdale with my daughter and my sister. My classes at Paper Niche were great, everyone loved them, and Tammy (the owner) truly blessed me with her love and wonderful friendship. She is an amazing hostess too! She had ice cream cupcakes, a fabulous dinner for all the croppers and on top of that,  her husband opened up our crop and dinner with a prayer! What a way to spend my 52nd birthday.... thank you Paper Niche for your love and friendship!!!! Can't wait to go back next month.

Today is my turn to post  at "She's a Sassy Lady". This is my project:

My inspiration was the Hello Kitty bird from Sizzix, he is so cute!

I cut him out in white and yellow papers, embellished him with ribbons, glittered his beak and wings and then doodled around him.

Another inspiration was a white picket fence I bought at Michael's. It is real wood and it is attached with tiny metal wire. I used the scalloped punch for the edges of the bird house.

I embellished the fence with green ribbons for the stems and flowers with rhinestones and buttons on the center.

Here is my finished page! I used "Songbird" cricut cartridge to cut the blue paper (page 61, size "fit to page") and to cut the birdhouse (page 59, size 7).

Hope you enjoyed it!  Thank you Sheila and all of you for this wonderful site of friendship and inspiration. Have a blessed and wonderful day!
