My Mind's Eye, October Afternoon and "Paper Towel" Flowers

Happy Sunday! Hope you are having a fabulous and restful weekend. I am about to go to our church's  Labor Day weekend picnic but before I go I want to share what I have done lately with you.

I used "Alphabet Soup" from My Mind's Eye for this layout. This is my friend Karen the day she found out she was pregnant. I doodled all over the page!!!!!

More fun pictures of my daughter, my sister and I when I went to Ft. Lauderdale last month. These wonderful papers are  "Farm Fresh"  from October Afternoon. Their colors are very rich and they are fabulous to combine one with the other.

I got a chance to play some more on Saturday....these flowers are made out of PAPER TOWELS!!!!!!! Can you believe that? I used circle and flower punches and  Tim Holtz's "Tattered flowers" die. I also used Tattered Angels Glimmer mists, hair spray and a heat gun.

Don't you love the  Fall colors?
