Altered Book Class

Good morning! I am on my way to Lafayette, Louisiana this morning. I am attending a 4-day crop and also teaching this Altered Book class at Treasured Memories. This is the cover of the book.


These are a few of the pages in the inside. We will be using lots of  products and techniques throughout the class.




My amazing husband made this video which shows you the best way to prepare a book in order to be altered. Did I tell you he is my helper, encourager and the "engineer" of my paper crafts? ( shhhh ... I do not like to measure ... I prefer to "eyeball" everything).

    Oh my! My dad is amazing! I love the video from beginning to end. The video clips are a great addition and are perfect for keeping the project light and humerous! My parents are going to be the next Rachel Ray's of TV, but as scrapbookers.

    I had to come back tonight and watch the video. I am really glad I did beacuse it was extremely informative. I will definatley use the advice on how to rip out the pages. Thanks for sharing this with all of us. Loved the funny clips that were used to.
