...and after we sorted out "Who gets what", this is what I made.....
Since I do not have any children to scrap I told my husband we need to go to a park and play with swings!!!!
(ha, ha, ha). It was a great day.....
This is the first time ever I scrap the color purple. I challenged myself to "think outside the box" and try.
I used white, turquoise, purple and deep red. I made most of the flowers and I used the cricut for the big flowers and the letters.
Stuck-on-Us-Sketches has a new one this week.
You can check out the DT pages here: http://stuckonusketches.blogspot.com/.
I scrapped baby LT and his "ball". It was a 4lbs watermelon!!!! he is just too cute.
This next sketch is from Liz Qualman (http://lizqualman.blogspot.com/). Another great one! I challenged myself again with bright colors.
Since I had left over papers and two more pictures I decide to make a second page!
Have a blessed and wonderful Sunday!
YES! me first! LOL!

ReplyDeleteWow! you've been busy again .. glad they let you have some of the goods! Heehee! Well, unlike Leah .. I am not so drawn to the bright colors but I love seeing the finished product of those who are. Maybe I should think outside the box a little myself. Love the one you did off Liz's sketch .. I have some zebra paper that I really need to use up!

I love bold colors on layouts, but just can't get my colors right..LOL Loved the color combo of the purples, turquoise and red (would never of thought to put those three together), and then the watermelon layout had some super fab colors on there as well.. They are all great, but these two were my ultimate fav's..
